Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is that food should:

  • Taste Good
  • Be as Healthy as it Can
  • Be Visually Pleasing
  • Smell and Look Enticing
  • Be Fun to Make
  • Always use the Freshest Ingredients

Very important, try not to get stressed out while cooking! I find cooking (like gardening) can be very calming. Sure, we mess up now and then and it’s frustrating. If you approach it with a good attitude, things should go well. If something goes wrong, try to make the best of it.

I try to have all ingredients out, and do prep work ahead of time.

One bit of advise from my Dad: clean up as you go.

And most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!
