Cultural Culinary Adventure #1: Mexican Independence Day
This class will include making Pozole Rojo, Queso Fundido, A Fresh Salsa and a Tres Leches Cake. The class will take approximately 2 1/2 hours. Some things will be need to be made earlier in the day or the day before in order to finish in the allotted time.
September 19 @ 1:30 PM ET – You will receive recipes and more approximately 7-10 days before the class. Log-in to Zoom will be sent one half hour before class.
Duration: About 2.5 Hours
$25/Household – You will also receive a rebate for the next two classes
You will receive the recipes (along with several variations). We will also list all ingredients and cooking utensils you will need. We will let you know if there is anything that should be prepped before the class.
